Your first visit begins with a full evaluation of every plant in your home. We will check overall plant health, soil moisture, pH levels, light exposure, and any signs of pests or stress. We’ll take photos, create a care log, and put together a customized plan for each plant moving forward. This visit is required for all new clients so we can understand your plants and their needs before ongoing care begins.

Weekly care is ideal for larger plant collections or busy schedules. We handle watering, fertilizing when needed, soil and moisture checks, light adjustments, pruning, shaping, leaf cleaning, and pest monitoring. Your plants stay consistently healthy, vibrant, and beautiful week after week.

A great option for medium-sized plant collections or plants that benefit from steady but not weekly attention. Bi-weekly visits include watering, moisture and soil checks, pruning, light optimization, and periodic fertilizing. It’s a balanced schedule that keeps everything thriving without over-tending.

Perfect for lower-maintenance plants. Monthly visits provide a thorough check-in, including deep watering when needed, nutrient refresh, light and placement adjustments, pruning, leaf cleaning, and a full evaluation of soil and root health. A smart choice for pothos, snake plants, ZZ plants, and other slow growers.

One-Time or Specialty Visits

If you’re traveling, we’ll stop in and care for your plants while you’re away so everything stays healthy. Your visit includes watering, soil and moisture evaluation, light adjustments, pruning, and a quick pest inspection. If you’d like, we can send a photo update so you can check on your plants during your trip.

This visit is designed for plants that are struggling or showing signs of decline. We will assess the root cause—whether it’s lighting, watering, pests, root issues, or nutrient imbalance—and create a corrective plan to get your plant back on track. This is ideal for problems like root rot, gnats, mealybugs, yellowing leaves, or unexplained stress.

If you’re thinking about adding new plants to your home but aren’t sure what will thrive, this service is for you. We will look at your space’s lighting, humidity, layout, and overall environment, then recommend plants that will genuinely flourish. Great for new plant owners or anyone updating their space.
45 minutes, $60
Tend & Thrive serves different areas on specific days to minimize driving and keep pricing fair. Loveland clients are scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays, Longmont clients on Thursdays, and Fort Collins clients on Fridays. We don’t schedule exact appointment times. Instead, after you reach out, we’ll add you to that day’s route and confirm a two-to-four hour arrival window the evening before. On the morning of your visit, we’ll send a precise ETA.
